Location:
Stems is located in Grapevine, Texas. Our flowers are displayed at special events in Dallas- Ft. Worth and the surrounding area.

Out of Town Events:
Stems will provide flowers for events outside of the DFW area with a surcharge to cover travel expenses. Or we will ship flowers per your specifications.

Purchasing:
Stems accepts cash, check, VISA, MC, AMEX and Discover card. Credit card transactions can be completed safely by phone.

Rentals and Leasing:
You can rent floral sculptures for special events (dinner parties, weddings, banquets, etc.) or lease floral sculptures for businesses, hotels, restaurants or your home. Lease agreements include rotation schedules that fit your needs.

Local Delivery:
Personal delivery is available in the Dallas/ Ft. Worth area. Delivery charges for purchases start at $15.00 and depend upon the delivery location and the size of the purchase. Rental and lease agreements include the cost of delivery and pickup.

Shipping:
Most of the wooden flowers are shipped  disassembled. All shipments come with simple re-assembly instructions.  Some flowers can be shipped with no assembly required.

Stems will provide an estimated cost of shipping when you have selected your arrangements or assorted stems.  Our standard shipping is UPS ground.  You may select other shipping options for additional fees as quoted.

Stems adds a 15% handling fee to all shipping costs to cover the cost of packaging materials and packing time.

If your purchase is damaged during shipment please document the damage with pictures and call us immediately. We will process your claim and replace the damaged products.

Return Policy:

Unchanged, undamaged individually purchased stems or vases maybe returned within 30 days of receipt, after obtaining a "Return Authorization Number (RMA)". Please call and ask for an "RMA".

Arrangements, and  stems that have been specially cut to fit in  arrangements cannot be returned.

If you have accidentally damaged a stem and want it repaired, we can help.  If repairs are possible they will cost  from 10% to 40% of the cost of the stem, depending on the damage. Repaired stems are rarely perfect.
