SHIPPING & DELIVERY

 

  • Stems are light weight. They are assembled with a peg and hole system.

  • When disassembled, the stems pack and ship easily and reasonably inexpensively.

  • The re-assembly of the stems is very simple, with complete piece-by-piece numbering.  Full  instructions are included.

  • Items may be shipped internationally.  International shipping fees must be quoted for specific shipments.

  • Some fully assembled arrangements can be shipped safely. We will advise you of your shipping options at the time of purchase.

  • Shipping costs will be estimated once you have selected your items and will be based on location, speed of delivery, package size and package weight.  Stems adds a 15% handling fee to all shipping charges.
